I design and lead corporate stillness workshops for founders, leaders, and creative teams who need to stay clear under pressure. These sessions are not about slowing everything down. They are about learning how to regulate the nervous system so that clarity, courage, and wise action remain available even in difficult moments.

The flagship session is Stillness Under Pressure. It brings together thirty years of Tai Chi practice, breathwork, and nervous system training with my experience inside product and technology teams. The work is practical, grounded, and immediately usable in the flow of a normal working day.

The emphasis is always on experience first, language second. People feel the difference in their own body, then we give it a shared vocabulary so teams can talk about it together.

Programmes like Search Inside Yourself demonstrated that qualities such as self awareness, empathy, and composure are trainable through attention training, breath, and body awareness.

  4. Short series – a sequence of sessions over several weeks to help teams integrate the practices into daily work

All formats are designed to work in normal clothing and in standard meeting rooms. No special equipment is needed. People can participate whether they are new to Tai Chi and breathwork or already have a personal practice.
